REVIEW:
I received this book for a honest review and as a part of the tour! Thanks!:)
This book was so fast. I mean, from the beginning until the end I was glued to the e-book, I couldn’t leave it. The whole book was full of suspense and the characters were so engaged in their lives and facts, and me-you-him telling the story made it more dinamic.
The good and the bad aren’t anymore so separated and when you need to do something to proctect someone or yourself your good can be another bad. Every character is good and bad, no one make something that doesn;t leave consequences and some choices left me surprised. Every character change, comparative with the first book, some of them die, some of them become bad, some of them become more mature. I think Abby is the one who doesn;t change too much and maybe if she haven;t trust some people so easily the whole thing was different.
Some of her actions make me question if she analyze things or just do or say everything right then. She jump to conclusions, hurting people, saying everything she thinks even she;s not sure, or even that thing doesn;t fit. When she just met that guy and she have so much trust in him…rlly? I mean you judged Basil and then you do that…so mature.
The war, let’s name it like that, between the academy and the hell, or between Abby, Basil and the other good people versus Q and other „monsters”, was well descripted. I liked that the line between light and dark was not clearly marked, that everyone did something cause it needed or she/he thought it was right. And how Q changed… rlly that I wasn;t expecting and somehow made me sad, he was a nice person. But that dark is there, everywhere and even in a soul’s person.
It was a good book, better than the first, and I really liked how the things went. So, if you want to read something with demons and angels and spells, love and friendship you can check it out.
